Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to erenmcguire@randyapplfix.com within 14 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Payments for completed, customized, or specially requested appliance repair services are non-refundable.
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly for any billing concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution and could result in denial if services were delivered correctly. Randy's Repairs reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks for valid transactions.
Any disputes regarding payments or services must be reported within 30 days of the transaction. Randy's Repairs will handle disputes in compliance with U.S. commercial law to ensure fair resolution.
